🛍️ 1. Retail Associate – Lynor London Flagship Store

Location: London (in-store)
Type: Full-time or Part-time

Be the face of our brand. As a Retail Associate, you’ll offer styling advice, build real customer relationships, and make sure every person who walks in walks out with confidence.

Your day-to-day:

  • Welcome and assist customers with styling tips

  • Keep the store tidy, on-brand, and inspiring

  • Operate the POS system and handle returns/exchanges

  • Help with visual merchandising and product restocks

  • Represent Lynor with energy and elegance

What we look for:

  • A passion for fashion and people

  • Strong communication skills (fluent English required)

  • A proactive, positive attitude

  • Experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus

📞 2. Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type: Part-time / flexible hours

Turn problems into positive experiences. You'll answer customer queries via email and chat — and ensure they feel heard, helped, and happy with every interaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer product, shipping & return questions

  • Process requests with empathy and clarity

  • Flag recurring issues for team feedback

  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team when needed

What you bring:

  • Fast typing and clear written English

  • Patience, warmth, and solution-based thinking

  • A strong sense of brand voice and tone

🎥 3. Social Media Content Creator (TikTok & Reels)

Location: Remote or hybrid (London preferred)
Type: Freelance / Part-time

Create scroll-stopping content that captures our brand energy. From styling tips to behind-the-scenes moments, you'll help Lynor go viral — the right way.

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot & edit Reels and TikToks (product-focused & lifestyle)

  • Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns

  • Test different formats and hook strategies

You’re a fit if:

  • You live on TikTok and IG

  • You know how to engage (not just post)

  • You're confident on camera and/or with direction

  • You can pitch content ideas without needing permission every time

💻 4. E-commerce & Operations Assistant

Location: Remote
Type: Part-time / Internship

Support the smooth running of our online store. Perfect for someone eager to learn about Shopify, backend ops, and how a fashion brand functions behind the scenes.

Tasks include:

  • Uploading new products & writing descriptions

  • Managing inventory and product tagging

  • Testing links, checkout flow, mobile experience

  • Competitor and trend research

Skills needed:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English

  • Proactive and curious mindset

  • Familiarity with Shopify is a big plus

🧵 5. Fashion Buying & Development Intern

Location: Remote or London
Type: Internship

Work closely with our founder and design partners to help scout, test, and shape new products. From initial mood boards to final sample testing, you're part of the product journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Research materials, trends, fits, and colors

  • Assist in supplier communication

  • Help with sample reviews and product development cycles

  • Track timelines, testing feedback, and launch prep
